Registration Deadline

Registration for the APAC 2026 annual meetings will close on May 15, 2026 till 05:00 PM (Indonesia Time).

Cancellation / Refund Policy of Registration

Cancellations must be submitted by email to apac2026@qcin.org.

All email correspondence must originate for the record of registration for consideration as a valid request.

Cancellations received on or before May 15, 2026 till 05:00 PM (Indonesia Time) will receive a full refund less a US$ 250 administration fee.

Refund will be processed within 10 working days on receipt of request from the delegate and will be credited in delegate account around 10-15 working days.

Cancellations received thereafter are not eligible for refunds.
