Visa Information

Overview

Here you can find general information about Visa to attend the conference in Indonesia. All foreign participants must hold a valid travel document and, where required, a visa to enter Indonesia for the APAC Accreditation annual meetings in 2026. Most delegates will either use Visa on Arrival (VoA / e-VoA) or a Visit Visa for attending meetings/conferences.

Always verify your nationality's eligibility and the latest rules on the official immigration websites linked below.

Please note delegates are advised to consult with the Indonesian embassy and consulate services in their home country regarding visa requirements

Common Visa Options for Delegates

1. Visa on Arrival (VoA) / e-Visa

- Eligible nationalities may apply online (e-VoA) or obtain VoA at designated entry points.

- Initial stay: up to 30 days, extendable once for another 30 days.

- Requirements: passport valid at least 6 months, onward/return ticket, and payment of visa fee.

2. Visit Visa (C Type)
